Dr. Bozinoff is the founder of Forum Research and has over 30 years in the Research and Customer Experience marketplace. Lorne in his earlier career spent time at Gallup Canada and Price Waterhouse Coopers in a consulting capacity and also spent time teaching at both Penn State and University of Toronto. Dr. Bozinoff is also a Chartered Scientist with the Royal Statistical Society.

Group President – Customer Experience
Phil Atrill has been a consultant in marketing research and stakeholder relationship measurement and management for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Forum, Phil was Managing Director of Walker Information International and the President & CEO of Elliott Research Corporation Ltd. He is also a Past President of the Professional Marketing Research Society (now the MRIA).
Vice President – Qualitative Research
Deborah Klotz is an experienced qualitative research designer and moderator, with over 10 years of experience. She has taught Moderating Skills to other moderators in the industry at the RD Centre for Learning, spoken on Innovation and Creativity at qualitative conferences, and written articles on Innovation for Vue magazine, the marketing research professional association's magazine.
Vice President – Research and Analytics
William is an experienced quantitative and qualitative research consultant. By way of his teaching and educational experience, William is very experienced in the technical aspects of research methods across a variety of settings, especially in conducting multivariate analysis. William has published research with a variety of national and international associations including the International Political Psychology Association, and the Canadian Political Science Association.
Director – Operations
Rizwana is excellent at managing the operations of our company because she understands the process of our business from all ends. Rizwana started working at Forum in 2007 and quickly climbed the ranks to Senior Supervisor of our Toronto call centre and most recently Manager of Operations. Her role in the overall maintenance of our office, ensures that every project we conduct is carried out in an efficient, effective, and ethical manner.
Manager, Data Processing & Technology
Shane is a graduate of University of Toronto and began his career as a research analyst prior to being a highly regarded solution architect. His in depth knowledge of technology applications and their position as a strategic part of a research program allows Mr. Sinnott to provide leading edge applications for Forum Research's diverse client base.
Director of Client Services
Nadine Adjami is an experienced project manager, market research consultant, and focus group moderator who began her career in 1999. She is fully bi-lingual and has extensive experience designing and managing large-scale market research studies focusing on a wide variety of areas. Before joining Forum, she was a freelance market researcher and consultant for some of the largest companies in Canada and she was also a Market Research Manager of a leading service provider for specialty pharmaceutical, biotech manufacturing, and healthcare professionals in Canada.
